YOUR SIDE OF THE DEAL

What you’ll do

Your side, start to finish, with a verified buyer’s order in the middle. trado.world runs the matching, the payment protection, and the GST record.

01

Register and verify your GSTIN

A one-time check of your GSTIN and business details. Once approved, a Verified · India badge sits on your profile for counterparties to see.

THE BUYER’S MOVE

A verified buyer places an order

A GST-registered buyer orders against your listing or raises a request. Both sides are already checked, so there is no cold outreach.

02

Confirm the order

Accept the deal, and the GST invoice and e-Way Bill are generated for you: accurate, numbered, and ready for dispatch.

03

Dispatch against the challan

Send the goods with the signed delivery challan. Payment settles to you on confirmed delivery and reconciles to your GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B.

Your money is held by a bank, never by us.

The buyer funds a bank-secured account; it releases to the seller only when delivery is confirmed and every checkpoint clears.

Frequently asked questions

How is domestic trade different from export?

It follows a shorter flow built for India-to-India trade, with GST invoicing, e-Way Bills, and challan-signed delivery, on the same verified, payment-protected rails. There is no customs or shipping-line leg.

Is the paperwork GST-compliant?

Yes. GST invoices, e-Way Bills, and delivery challans are generated from your trade data and recorded, so your books and returns reconcile cleanly against GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B.

Is my money protected on domestic deals too?

Yes. The buyer pays into a bank-secured account held by a licensed partner, and it releases to the seller only after delivery is confirmed. It is the same protection as cross-border trade.

Who can I trade with?

Every counterparty is a GST-registered, verified Indian business. You see a Verified · India badge before you commit to anything.
