Bank-secured payment protection, step by step.
The buyer’s money is held in a bank-secured account by a licensed partner, never with the seller and never with us. It releases only when the deal’s conditions are met, protecting both sides.

How it works
The buyer funds a bank-secured account, held by a licensed partner. From there, the money releases only after four checks clear, in order. None can be skipped, and a dispute freezes everything.
01 · Documents cleared
Trade documents are finalised and the incoming payment is confirmed to match the agreed amount.
02 · Shipment confirmed
The goods are confirmed shipped and on their way, against live tracking.
03 · Dispute window
The buyer has a set inspection window after delivery to raise any issue before funds can move.
04 · Final clearance
A final legal and customs check confirms there is nothing outstanding before release is authorised.
Even with all four cleared, only an administrator can sign off the release.
- 1
The buyer pays in
Money goes into a bank-secured account, not to the seller, not to us.
- 2
A bank holds it safe
Funds stay protected throughout the whole trade.
- 3
Milestones clear
Documents, shipping and delivery are confirmed, step by step.
- 4
Released on completion
Funds reach the seller only when the trade is confirmed done.
MILESTONE-GATED RELEASE
The money stays safe until the deal is done.
Funds are bank-secured throughout and released in milestones, only as the trade is confirmed complete. No payment reaches the seller before the buyer is satisfied, so neither side carries the risk of trading with a stranger, and every step stays on the record.
Bank-secured payment protection: a regulated bank holds the funds, not us.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the money sit before release?
In a bank-secured account held by a licensed payment partner, created for that specific trade. It is never held by the seller, and never routed through trado.world’s own accounts.
Can the payment release automatically?
No. Release never happens on a timer, automatically, or on the seller’s action. Every checkpoint must clear and an administrator must authorise it, and every release is permanently recorded.
What happens if there is a dispute?
Opening a dispute freezes the payment. Nothing can be released until the matter is resolved through mediation, and the inspection window is paused while it is open.
What are the four release checks?
Documents cleared, shipment confirmed, dispute window elapsed, and final clearance. They must clear in order, and none can be skipped.
