Our whole job is to make trading with a stranger feel as safe as trading with a known local partner. Four things do that, from the first check to the final payment, and the credentials behind us.
Every business is checked before it can trade: registration, tax, trade credentials, and bank account. You deal with a Verified badge, never an unchecked stranger.
See what we checkThe buyer’s money is held in a bank-secured account by a licensed partner and releases only when the deal’s conditions are met, protecting both sides.
How payment protection worksContact details are hidden until a deal is confirmed, so nobody can go around the platform. It is enforced in the data layer, not just hidden on screen.
How privacy workstrado.world is operated by a company recognised by the Government of India, with active DGFT, APEDA and DPIIT registrations behind it, so you deal with a real, credentialed operator.

Verification did not pass, with specific reasons given. Only the affected details reopen for correction and resubmission.
For domestic India-to-India trade, the same verification carries a Verified · India badge, tuned to GST-registered businesses.
An Expired badge means the three-year validity has lapsed and needs renewal before starting new trades. Trades already in progress are not interrupted.
Verification is a hard gate: no business can trade until it is verified.

A directory lists businesses; a marketplace connects them. trado.world runs the whole trade, with verified identities, a structured lifecycle of generated documents and a full audit trail, and bank-secured payment, so nothing important happens off-platform.
The target review turnaround is typically 24 to 48 hours per submission. You are told clearly when it is under review and when it is complete.
A Verified badge is valid for three years, with reminders before it expires. It is also re-checked if your registered business details materially change.
Because it is not self-declared. Details are checked against government registries, tax records, and bank confirmation, and both sides are re-screened at every deal confirmation.
You get specific, per-item reasons and a path to correct and resubmit. Verification is a gate with a way through, not a dead end.
Your legal name is shared only at the proforma invoice stage, and contact details only after a deal is confirmed. Staff who help run trades see masked identities; only the platform owner can reveal details, and every reveal is logged.
No. Release requires every checkpoint to clear and an explicit administrator authorisation. There is no automatic, timer-based, or seller-triggered release path.
